As Vice President (VP) of Finance, you are responsible for the enterprise's core and strategic finance functions, managing significant data points, and presenting financial analysis and recommendations to leadership. The VP of Finance will collaborate closely with leadership on data-driven initiatives to support the company's growth across multiple business lines. This is a full-time, exempt position based in Charlton, MA, with some workdays at other facilities.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Own the company's financial statement preparation, close process, and sub-ledger reporting.

Deliver data-driven financial analytics and insights to the CEO on key business issues based on rigorous analysis.

Collaborate with the CEO on cash planning, forecasting, and budgeting as needed.

Partner with the CGO on strategic and tactical business execution, focusing on data trends and projections.

Develop an enterprise-level perspective on business performance and trends through deep analytical and business knowledge.

Build automated routines and reporting leveraging tools from point-of-sale data to inventory controls.

Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure proper tax reporting from all sales activities.

Work with project delivery and regulatory teams on federal, state, and local filings and project expense tracking.

Manage relationships with banking, legal, and tax partners to meet all reporting and compliance deadlines.

Partner with HR on human capital management, compensation, payroll systems, and efficiencies.

Support audits and reviews of the company's financial statements and footnotes.

Lead the development of regular financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly expense reviews.

Manage the finance department, overseeing accounts payable, vendor management, payroll, and regulatory compliance.

Supervise and mentor direct reports, including the Senior Technology Coordinator.

Foster employee development, conduct reviews, and handle employee relations.

Mentor intercompany leaders and promote the company's mission, vision, and values.

Understand and implement the Company Blueprint in collaboration with other leaders.

Contribute to strategic initiatives aligned with growth and financial health.

Ensure financial regulatory compliance and manage associated risks.

Lead change management in financial processes and systems.

Present financial insights effectively to stakeholders and stay updated with industry best practices.
