The Opportunity
Our client is building a scalable, next-generation fulfillment network where operational reliability is critical. They are seeking a Warehouse Maintenance Supervisor to lead the execution and compliance of a national maintenance program, ensuring facilities operate efficiently with minimal downtime.
This role plays a key part in supporting rapid site expansion and ongoing operations, spanning preventive maintenance strategies, vendor management, and leadership of site-level maintenance teams across multiple building systems.
What the Client DoesThe organization specializes in fulfillment-as-a-service, providing outsourced warehousing solutions with a strong focus on automated environments. Their operations support the efficient movement of goods—primarily cases and pallets—across industries including CPG, food & beverage, wholesale, and retail.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and align standardized maintenance programs, including preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance strategies
- Support the hiring, leadership, and development of site-level maintenance teams, fostering accountability and continuous improvement
- Manage third-party maintenance vendors, contracts, and service-level performance
- Partner cross-functionally with automation, facilities, and operations teams to support MHE, automation systems, and building infrastructure
- Track asset performance, system reliability, and maintenance KPIs to maximize uptime and cost efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, inspections, and maintenance documentation requirements
- High school diploma required;
Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or similar credential preferred - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in maintenance, EHS, or related roles within logistics, industrial, or manufacturing environments
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and applicable regulatory standards
Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills - Ability to influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, operational setting
- Willingness to travel up to 10% with a valid driver’s license
- Travel up to 10% to client or customer locations (driving and/or flying required)
- In-warehouse role with time split between the floor and office
- Flexibility to work varying shifts (day, swing, night) or be on call based on operational needs
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, climb stairs/ladders, and work in typical warehouse conditions (temperature fluctuations, noise, etc.)
- Employee is responsible for managing expenses on a personal credit card, reimbursed bi-weekly
