The Opportunity:This is your chance to join a successful Harley-Davidson dealership as an F&I Manager/Business Manager and be part of a motivated, professional sales team. This position reports directly to the General Manager and plays a key leadership role in driving dealership profitability through effective finance, insurance, and service product sales while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction. - Oversee all business office operations related to finance, insurance, and extended service programs.
- Produce acceptable levels of revenue and profit by selling F&I products to new and pre-owned motorcycle customers.
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with multiple finance and insurance providers.
- Manage all required documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Forecast F&I performance and ensure monthly and annual goals are met.
- Maintain compliance with dealership, lender, and legal requirements.
- Work closely with the Sales, Service, and Parts departments to ensure smooth processes and outstanding customer experiences.
- Support the sales team by assisting with deal structure and customer engagement.
- Proven experience in F&I in a Harley-Davidson dealership.
- Strong closing and communication skills, with a genuine commitment to customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with other departments.
- Computer literacy and proficiency with dealership management systems.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
