Position Summary

The Warehouse Production Supervisor leads and supports a team of warehouse associates with a primary focus on order picking, shipping, and auditing. This role ensures all operations are executed safely, accurately, and efficiently, while fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The supervisor is responsible for meeting daily production goals, supporting inventory accuracy, and driving continuous improvement in processes and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Champion a safety-first culture by modeling and reinforcing safe work practices.
  • Supervise and coordinate daily order picking operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Oversee shipping and audit processes to maintain quality control and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide daily supervision, guidance, and support to warehouse team members.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and development to drive productivity and accuracy.
  • Communicate company policies, procedures, and goals clearly and consistently.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement corrective actions to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth end-to-end order processing.
  • Address and resolve conflicts constructively and respectfully.
  • Promote a culture of excellence, inclusion, and mutual respect.
  • Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and bin audits as needed.
  • Operate all warehouse equipment, including forklifts and turret trucks, as required to support operations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Report operational challenges and personnel issues to management promptly.
  • Recognize positive behaviors and provide constructive feedback.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support team success.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
  • Manage daily team schedules, assignments, and workflows.

Conduct regular performance evaluations with a focus on development and feedback.
