Construction Superintendent

A well-established General Contractor based in Georgia is actively seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee industrial construction projects throughout the southeastern United States.

Our client specializes in ground-up and large-scale renovations of warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities
. With a strong project pipeline and repeat industrial clients, they are looking for a field leader who thrives in fast-paced, travel-based roles.

As a Traveling Superintendent, you will take full ownership of on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead ground-up and expansion projects for warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing plants
• Manage daily site operations and subcontractor coordination
• Drive project schedules and maintain milestone deadlines
• Conduct site safety meetings and enforce OSHA compliance
• Coordinate inspections and ensure quality control standards are met
• Maintain communication with Project Managers and ownership teams
• Oversee site logistics, equipment, and manpower planning

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on industrial projects
• Background in warehouse, distribution center, or manufacturing facility construction
• Experience with tilt‑wall, structural steel, slab‑on‑grade, and large MEP systems preferred
• Strong scheduling and sequencing experience
• Willingness and ability to travel consistently throughout the Southeast
• Strong leadership and communication skills
