Sales Director

• Lead the recruitment, development, and management of a sales team consisting of Broker Managers and Community Outreach Specialists
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales goals and retention expectations
• Ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines and regulations within the market
• Oversee the success of the contracted external agent channel at the local level
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience leading a Medicare Advantage sales team
• Local knowledge of the Medicare environment and competitive landscape
• Health insurance license in good standing and state health insurance license
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
• Unrestricted driver's license to fulfill driving responsibilities associated with the position
