Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Manufacturing Technician in St. Paul, Minnesota (55114). This is a 12‑month contract position with a normal shift of Mon – Fri 6:00 am – 2:30 pm, and overtime of approximately 8 hours per week (Mon – Thurs 5:00 am – 3:30 pm and Fri 6:00 am – 2:30 pm).

• Responsible for manufacturing, assembly, and/or packaging of medical device products.
• Manufacturing Technicians will be trained and follow SOPs, environmental health and safety guidelines, and any other related regulations applicable to the job.
• Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) during the manufacturing of medical devices and associated documentation.
• Perform one or more functions on the assembly lines including but not limited to:
• Washing components or equipment.
• Wrapping components and/or equipment for sterilization.
• Assembly or gluing of components.
• Packaging and sealing of devices.
• Preparing devices for sterilization.
• Final packaging or labeling of products.
• Perform daily cleaning of the production area to maintain GMP fashion.
• Operate general production equipment (sealers, autoclave, stir plates, etc.).
• Receive and distribute supplies into the production area, as necessary.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and wear proper safety gear while on the manufacturing or warehouse floor.
• Maintain reliable attendance.
• Learn, understand, and apply rigorous quality standards, SOPs and current GMP (cGMP).
• Complete required training in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• May require work in a clean‑room environment wearing special garments and PPE such as scrubs, hair bonnets, frocks, hoods, masks, gloves, safety glasses based on the class level for each clean‑room.
• Overtime may be required at times.
• Some job duties may be performed on a rotating basis.

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Prior manufacturing experience is preferred not required for this entry‑level role.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to perform basic mathematics.
