Production Control Process Control Planning Associate

• Develop and/or modify production plans and implement them.
• Analyze demand and forecasting of production.
• Develop daily or weekly production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met.
• Establish mid‑ & long‑term production plan reflecting production capacity and constraints.
• Monitor and control progress of production.
• Inform other Units of any changes in production plans and update documents accordingly.
• Prepare status and performance reports, and resolve production issues.
• Regularly communicate with other production Units for the sake of information sharing.
• Meeting all other requirements as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree required (Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering major preferred).
• Experience with Microsoft Office products or equivalent applications.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Advanced degree in a related field preferred.
• Years of experience from Automotive industry strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
• Domestic / International travel required.
