Assembler - Battery Plate - Day Shift

Manufactures aircraft batteries. Established in 2014 at our Georgia facility, with more than 40 years of experience on the West Coast.

We are looking for a driven candidate to join the pasting department in various roles. The successful candidate will complete daily production requirements under the guidance of the department supervisor and work at multiple workstations within the department. Hands‑on training will be provided by the supervisor and colleagues. Overtime may be available.

• Follow written and oral instructions.
• Adjust pasting machine to control quality standards.
• Stack grids onto machine feeder.
• Offload plates from conveyor.
• Adjust temperature on pasting oven.
• Operate curing ovens.
• Inspect and clean plates.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Maneuver up to 80 pounds.
• Reach, carry, bend or stoop, and push or pull as required.
• Wear a respirator and other required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Comply with all safety requirements and participate in safety training and practices.
• Maintain a clean work area and follow company hygiene guidelines.
• Use small hand tools.
• Communicate to supervisor when detecting defective materials.
• Read numbers and letters.
• Work with and around hazardous materials.
• Work in hot and cold temperatures.

• Basic high school diploma or GED.
• Read, write, and speak English.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Must complete a pre‑employment physical and drug screen.

• Monday to Thursday, 5:30 a.m.
