Grid Casting Machine Operator

Responsible for operating multiple grid casting machines in the casting department, following company environmental, health, and safety policies, and reporting mechanical issues to the supervisor.

• Follow oral and/or written instructions
• Stand for long periods of time
• Work a 4/10 schedule, start time 5:30 AM
• Adjust machine speed for optimum quality product and production rates
• Spray grid mold to meet quality specifications
• Report production numbers at end of shift
• Work in a hot environment (>100°F)
• Reach, carry, bend/stoop, push/pull
• Lift up to 70 pounds
• Make coordinated movements of the fingers to grasp, manipulate, or assemble very small objects
• Wear a respirator and other required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Read numbers and letters
• Work with and around hazardous materials

• Work in a hot environment (>100°F)
• Reach, carry, bend/stoop, push/pull

• Basic degree or high school education
• Read, write, and speak English
• Punctual and reliable
• Must complete pre‑employment physical/drug screen

• Monday – Thursday 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM (overtime frequently available)
