Forklift Operator II

• Safely operate electric-powered industrial trucks equipped with lifting devices.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
• Position and transport loads to designated areas, using forklifts and other lifting devices.
• Unload, stack, and replenish materials throughout the facility.
• Maintain inventory and stock shelves to ensure product availability.
• Document information accurately as per SOPs.
• Comply with company policies, maintain regular attendance, and follow safety guidelines.
• Participate in cross-training opportunities within the facility.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Licensed to operate lift equipment (internal or external training).
• 3 months experience operating High Reach Fork Lift equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally with assistance.
• Basic English proficiency for verbal and written instructions.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

• Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• Experience with inventory management and basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to maneuver pallet jack with a load up to 1200 lbs.
