** Key Responsibilities
*** Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid ads, and events.
* Coordinate supplier-related event activity to fulfill supplier income/marketing obligations related to print, digital, promotions, and trade shows for assigned supplier base.
* Build and maintain market presence, including marketing to customers, product selection, and assisting in messaging.
* Brainstorm and help to develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
* Partner with the Design Team and other internal teams to develop on-brand copy and creative assets.
* Review and understand marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
* Create and implement digital ads, from creative and copy to management and optimization.
* Manage relationships with third-party vendors (collateral development, video production, creative design, etc.) for all customer (internal and external) work.
* Help to acquire & create content and ensure all the brands’ key attributes are consistently and accurately reflected in all communication channels.
* Review marketing campaigns; evaluate creative content for print and digital media.
* Assist with the execution and marketing of deliverables such as promotions, brochures, flyers, location signage, promotional materials, advertisements, handbooks, mailers, and presentations.
* Work with Marketing Manager, Category Management, and Supplier to support their efforts creatively.
* Assist with set-up of local and regional events, trade shows, open houses, community events as needed to support retail store activities and customer engagement.
* Assumes other duties as assigned.
** Required Qualifications
*** Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
* Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Marketing or related field.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Additional Data, Design, and Software application experience preferred
** Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
*** Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
* Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs.
• Frequent use of Outlook, Word, Excel, graphics, etc.
* Ability to create, maintain and incorporate functions into Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, databases, and PowerPoint presentations to support business objectives.
* Regularly uses moderately complex oral and written skills. May train others in functional areas, interact with others and make presentations to department or middle management.
* Problems encountered are routine, somewhat repetitive and generally solved by following clear directions
