Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location). Comprehensive Benefits Package:

- Perform the full nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation) using evidence-based practice
- Deliver individualized, relationship-based, patient-centered nursing care
- Coordinate safe, high-quality care with interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to clinical changes
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Educate and support patients and families throughout the care continuum
- Participate in performance improvement, research utilization, and shared governance initiatives
- Serve as mentor/preceptor when appropriate to support staff development
- Support efficient use of clinical resources and best-practice outcomes
- Uphold confidentiality, safety standards, and professional nursing practice
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact)
- BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of RN direct patient care experience preferred
- Med Surg or acute inpatient nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and analytical/critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced inpatient environment
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
- Strong patient advocacy and commitment to patient- and family-centered care
