• Provide perioperative nursing care to surgical patients in the OR, coordinating with the surgical team.
• Prepare the operating room, maintain sterile technique, and assist with instrument handling as needed.
• Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures; advocate for patient safety, comfort, and dignity.
• Collaborate with physicians, anesthesiologists, circulating nurses, and other perioperative staff to support efficient, evidence‑based care.
• Document care, contribute to handoffs, and ensure compliance with policies and professional standards.
• Uphold patient rights and confidentiality, and participate in quality and safety initiatives.

• Current, active RN license in Georgia (or eligibility to practice per Georgia standards).
• Perioperative/OR nursing experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced surgical environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on patient advocacy.
• Education:
  
  graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Knowledge of and commitment to practice in alignment with the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics.
