Schedule:

• Day shifts: 6:45am-5:15pm
• Four days a week with on-call responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized, high-quality perioperative care, using critical thinking and the nursing process for optimal patient outcomes
• Build collaborative relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Practice in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards, supporting shared governance policies and patient-centered goals
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and actively participate in ongoing quality and safety initiatives
• Mentor and support colleagues as a professional role model, contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace

Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure in Georgia (or Compact)
• BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross)
• Associate's degree or diploma in Nursing required; BSN preferred
• Direct patient care experience, preferably in an operating room or perioperative setting
• Proficient communication, technological, and time management skills
