Requirements:
- Current nursing license in the state
- Knowledge of and adherence to the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act
- Implementation of Scope of Practice and Code of Ethics Standards as per the American Nurses Association

- Provide individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care in an emergency department setting.
- Collaborate as a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team to support patient care initiatives.
- Uphold the voice of the patient, ensuring adherence to system policies and service excellence goals.
- Engage in professional development through the Wellstar Professional Practice Model and evidence-based practices.
