Functions under the direction of the Site Manager. The role is responsible for performing a wide variety of clinical procedures requiring independent judgement, ingenuity and initiative in the utilization of the equipment for the diagnosis and/or treatment.

• Builds a culture of trust and engagement as reflected in the Great Place to Work Trust Index Survey at a direct report, workgroup and hospital/entity level.
• Holds leaders accountable for behaviors that create trust and engagement.
• Performs all duties and responsibilities of this position in a manner that reflects the values of Well Star.
• Maintains and strengthens relationships with physicians and assures their involvement in developing systems to assure the growth of the service and the cost effective delivery of quality patient care in a manner that fosters patient and employee satisfaction.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all Well Star Health System policies, standards of work, and code of conduct.

• Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred

All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.

• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support or ARC-ALS - American Red Cross Advanced Life Support or ACLS-I - ACLS - Instructor or ACLS-P - ACLS-Provisional (180 Days) within 180 Days
• BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS - American Red Cross Basic Life Support or BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor
• RN - Registered Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact

• 1 year ICU/CCU/ER or previous Cath Lab/EP Lab experience preferred
