Interim Nurse Manager, Burn Unit

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for the burn care unit.
• Report to the Director and oversee nurses, care partners, and unit secretaries.
• Drive patient safety and quality initiatives, reinforce accountability and standard work practices, and support recruitment and retention.
• Maintain throughput and provide hands‑on leadership as needed.
• Be highly organized, patient‑focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs.
• Be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.

• BSN required;
  Master’s degree preferred.
• Active RN license required.
• Previous nursing leadership experience in an acute care setting required; strong critical care experience required.

• Compensation Range: $160,000 – $170,000 annually.
• Final compensation will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations.
• Some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement benefits, and other benefits as appropriate.
• Base compensation range is a good faith estimate and may be subject to future adjustments.
