Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in the ICU, including monitoring, assessment, and intervention for critically ill patients.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists and other members of the interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust care plans.
  • Administer medications, manage critical care equipment (ventilators, lines, monitors) and respond rapidly to changes in patient condition.
  • Document care accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with nursing standards and hospital policies.
  • Educate patients and families, advocate for patient safety, and participate in bedside rounds and handoffs.
  • Ensure infection control practices, patient safety checks, and adherence to clinical protocols during night shifts.
Requirements
  • Active Georgia RN license (as required by the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act)
  • ICU/critical care clinical experience
  • Ability to work night shifts in a hospital setting
  • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking and communication skills
  • Eligibility to work in the United States and willingness to travel for a 13‑week assignment
