Position OverviewWe are seeking a qualified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide evidence-based primary care services in a patient-focused outpatient clinic setting. The Nurse Practitioner will collaborate with a dedicated clinical care team to deliver comprehensive healthcare services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, chronic condition management, health counseling, and care coordination. This is an in-person, patient-facing role reporting to the Practice Manager.
Schedule- Full-time: 40 hours per week

Hours:
Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM - 7:30 PM;
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM;
Sunday: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM - Orientation
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week for 4 weeks - Position requires flexibility to work weekends and possible holiday rotations
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Georgia
- Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program completion
- Current National Board Certification
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Primary Care experience as a Nurse Practitioner in one of the following:
- Family Medicine
- Primary Care Practice
- Urgent Care
- Current BLS certification from ARC or AHA (screenshot required)
- Professional license documentation required (screenshot required)
- NP/PA license must be active and in good standing
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability and willingness to obtain additional state licensure as needed
Provide primary and family medicine care, including:
Patient assessments Diagnosis and treatment of health conditions Medication management Chronic disease management Preventive care and health counseling Care planning and disposition decisions Conduct routine examinations and evaluate patients to promote positive health outcomes Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices, wellness, and preventative care Perform diagnostic testing and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals Encourage patient engagement through services including:
Health screenings Behavioral health and wellness support Chronic condition management Support daily clinic operations, including:
Opening and closing clinic procedures Inventory management Patient follow-up Insurance verification and payment collection Maintaining a clean and safe clinical environment.
- Strong primary care or urgent care background
- Comfortable practicing autonomously in a fast-paced outpatient environment
- Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
- Organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient with electronic medical records and healthcare technology
- Self-directed with a focus on quality patient outcomes
