Anderson Mill Center for Nursing and Healing is seeking a motivated RN/LPN MDS Coordinator (PRN) to help ensure our residents receive the highest level of care in a supportive, team‑oriented environment. You will review and process MDS assessments and work with nursing staff to develop accurate care plans.
The role requires effective communication across disciplines, timely transmission of MDS/RAI, and preparation of QM/QI reports in line with CMS and LTCI regulations.
