Registered Nurse; RN - Neuro​/Spine

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Neuro Acute/Spine, providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care in a clinical environment supported by evidence-based practices and a shared governance model.

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based standards.
• Partner with patients and families, utilizing effective communication methods to ensure personalized care aligned with cultural diversity.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary teamwork, document care accurately, and promote a respectful, inclusive environment.
• Participate in performance improvement activities, research, and evidence-based practice initiatives.
• Support professional development by completing required training, mentoring colleagues, and serving as a preceptor.
• Adhere to organizational policies, legal, and regulatory standards, including safety goals.
• Assist in protocol development, resource management, and data collection to optimize patient outcomes.

• Associates or Bachelors in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
• BLS certification required; instructor certification preferred.
• Less than one year of clinical experience post-nursing education; direct patient care experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of professional nursing standards, strong critical thinking, teamwork, and communication skills.
