Role:
The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, patient-centered care as part of an interdisciplinary team, ensuring individualized treatment based on evidence-based practices.
Responsibilities:Performs the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation), partners with patients and families, maintains clinical standards, promotes teamwork and collaboration, supports performance improvement, and adheres to organizational policies and ethical standards.
Qualifications & Skills:Requires an Associate’s Degree in Nursing, valid RN license, Basic Life Support certification, and a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. The role demands critical thinking, excellent communication, teamwork, and commitment to evidence-based practice and professional development.
