Role Overview

This position involves providing comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care by applying evidence-based practices and critical thinking.

• Performing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver individualized clinical care.
• Coordinating care through effective partnerships, ensuring cultural competence, and engaging patients and families in care planning.
• Promoting safe, high-quality care via timely documentation, interdisciplinary communication, and adherence to clinical standards.
• Supporting performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practice initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
• Mentoring colleagues and participating in professional development activities to foster a healthy work environment.
• Contributing to resource planning, protocol development, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure (single or multi-state), BLS certification, and instructor/provisional BLS as applicable.
• Knowledge of nursing theory, regulations, assessment, and treatment techniques.
• Strong communication, judgment, and emergency response skills.
• Ability to process large volumes of information accurately and efficiently.
• Understanding of cardiac conditions and treatment modalities is advantageous.
