We are seeking an Extended Assignment Travel Nurse Circulator to join an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Key responsibilities- performing individualized, evidence-based nursing care;
- coordinating patient care through effective partnerships;
- practicing relationship-based, patient-centered care;
- supporting performance improvement initiatives.
- A minimum of 1 year circulating in an OR, with 2+ years preferred;
- a Bachelor's or Diploma in Nursing;
- valid RN license;
- certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH Stroke Scale, and multi-state licensing;
- Previous travel experience and specialty certifications are highly preferred.
- strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and teamwork abilities;
- proficiency with clinical technology;
- the capacity to respond effectively in fast-paced, emergency situations.
- participating in professional development, mentoring, research, and protocol development to ensure safe, high-quality patient care;
- This role involves working various shifts, with scheduled hours, and adhering to unit-level staffing and scheduling protocols.
