Role:
The RN Clinical Nurse is an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care. They perform the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, using evidence-based practices.
Responsibilities:Deliver individualized care, collaborate with patients and families, coordinate safe care delivery, and participate in performance improvement initiatives. They support professional development by mentoring peers, engaging in research, and adhering to organizational and regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Skills:Requires a nursing license (RN or RN-Compact), BLS certification, and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Less than one year of clinical experience or completion of an accredited nursing program is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate critical thinking, teamwork, cultural competence, and commitment to evidence-based practice.
Additional Duties:Contribute to protocol development, resource management, and foster a respectful, inclusive work environment. Comply with all policies, standards, and codes of conduct to ensure excellence in patient care.
