Registered Nurse; RN - Medical Dialysis

Role: Registered Nurse in a Medical Dialysis Unit

Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, safe, patient-centered care through the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, support evidence-based practice, and uphold professional standards and ethics. Engage in relationship-based care tailored to diverse patient populations, promote performance improvement, participate in research activities, and serve as a preceptor or mentor to foster a qualified workforce. Plan for patient care across the continuum, develop protocols, and ensure efficient resource utilization.

Qualifications & Skills: Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), valid RN license, Basic Life Support certification, and less than 1 year of nursing or clinical experience. Knowledge of clinical standards, patient safety, and evidence-based practice is essential. Strong teamwork, communication, critical thinking, and a commitment to professional development are required.
