Role: Registered Nurse in a Medical Dialysis Unit
Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, safe, patient-centered care through the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Qualifications & Skills: Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), valid RN license, Basic Life Support certification, and less than 1 year of nursing or clinical experience. Knowledge of clinical standards, patient safety, and evidence-based practice is essential. Strong teamwork, communication, critical thinking, and a commitment to professional development are required.
