Registered Nurse; RN - Orthopedic Surgery

Registered Nurse (RN) - Total Joint, providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care in a clinical environment.

• Perform the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) using evidence-based practice and critical thinking.
• Partner with patients and families to deliver individualized care, respecting cultural diversity and patient goals.
• Coordinate safe, quality care through interdisciplinary communication and timely documentation.
• Promote teamwork, collaboration, and participation in performance improvement activities.
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor, supporting professional development and maintaining competency.
• Participate in evidence-based practice, research, and protocol development to improve patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
• Assist in resource management, care planning across the continuum, and supporting system protocols.

• Associate or Diploma in Nursing;
  Bachelor’s preferred.
• Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
• BLS certification required upon hire.
• Less than 1 year of clinical experience preferred, with completion of accredited nursing program.
