Role:

Extended Assignment RN Clinical Nurse - Acute Care

Provide high-quality, safe, patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team, utilizing evidence-based practice and critical thinking. Perform nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation tailored to diverse patient populations. Collaborate effectively with team members, support performance improvement initiatives, and serve as a preceptor or mentor to promote professional growth. Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. Participate in protocol development, research utilization, and resource management to optimize patient outcomes.

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN), with multi-state license preferred.
• Certifications:
  
  BLS, ACLS (Instructor or Provisional). National specialty certification preferred.
• Minimum of 1-year nursing experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Previous travel experience strongly preferred.

• Deliver safe, evidence-based, relationship-based care.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary communication and documentation.
• Support performance improvement and research activities.
• Participate in professional development and mentoring.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and organizational policies.
