Seeking experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Medical Specialties team, providing patient-centered, high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans; collaborating with healthcare professionals; educating patients and families; utilizing critical thinking and evidence-based practices; documenting care accurately; fostering teamwork, safety, and service excellence; participating in quality improvement initiatives; and serving as a mentor or preceptor.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- At least one year of recent RN experience in an acute care setting.
- Current Georgia RN license or eligibility through Nurse Licensure Compact.
- Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
