Registered Nurse; RN - Surgery​/Bariatric

Role: Registered Nurse responsible for providing compassionate, patient-centered care through the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Responsibilities: Deliver individualized clinical care using evidence-based practices, coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, and foster strong partnerships with patients and families. Promote safe, quality care through documentation, teamwork, and participation in performance improvement initiatives. Support professional development by mentoring colleagues and serving as a preceptor. Advocate for evidence-based practice and research, ensuring compliance with policies, standards, and safety goals. Contribute to protocol development and resource management across the continuum of care.
Qualifications & Skills

• Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Current RN licensure (single state or multi-state compact)
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and others as specified
• Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience, with proficiency in Epic and 3M preferred
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
