Qualifications & Skills
- Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Current RN licensure (single state or multi-state compact)
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and others as specified
- Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience, with proficiency in Epic and 3M preferred
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
