We are seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses to join our Medical Specialties team.
Key Responsibilities- delivering safe, patient-centered care;
- assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans;
- collaborating with healthcare professionals;
- educating patients and families;
- applying evidence-based practices;
- documenting care accurately;
- fostering teamwork, safety, and service excellence;
- participating in quality improvement initiatives and professional development;
- and serving as mentors or preceptors when opportunities arise.
- minimum one year of recent RN experience in acute care;
- Associate Degree in Nursing (Bachelor of Science preferred);
- current Georgia RN license or eligibility through Nurse Licensure Compact;
- current BLS certification;
- ACLS preferred.
- critical thinking, clinical decision-making, teamwork, communication, and documentation.
