• Leading staff in daily operations, performance reviews, coaching, and counseling.
• Promoting clinical and business outcomes through effective communication and teamwork.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing.
• Current RN license (single state or multi-state compact).
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
