Role Overview

The RN Clinical Nurse delivers high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team. They utilize evidence-based nursing practices, perform comprehensive assessments, and develop patient-centered care plans that respect cultural diversity. The role emphasizes partnership with patients and families through effective communication and shared decision-making.

• Execute the nursing process, ensuring individualized care and optimal outcomes.
• Provide relationship-based, culturally sensitive care aligned with clinical standards.
• Partner with patients and families via bedside reports, education, and goal setting.
• Coordinate safe, quality care through interdisciplinary collaboration and timely documentation.
• Support performance improvement initiatives, research, and evidence-based practice.
• Participate in professional development, mentoring, and maintaining licensure and certifications.
• Contribute to protocol development and resource management to enhance care delivery.

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required;
  Bachelor's preferred.
• Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; instructor or provisional BLS preferred.
• Less than one year of clinical experience or completion of accredited nursing program.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, teamwork, and commitment to evidence-based practice.
