• Baccalaureate degree in nursing required;
  Master's preferred.
• Licensed as a registered nurse per state regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare financing, quality improvement, and regulatory standards.
• Ability to employ change management and promote evidence-based practices.
