Role:
The RN Clinical Nurse collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:Performing the nursing process, providing patient-centered care that respects cultural diversity, partnering with patients and families, practicing evidence-based standards, and ensuring effective communication and documentation.
Teamwork &Collaboration:
Coordinating care, promoting respectful communication, participating in performance improvement, and supporting shared governance.
Professional Development:Completing ongoing competency assessments, mentoring colleagues, and engaging in research and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:Requires an associate's degree in nursing, a valid RN license, BLS certification, and at least five years of clinical experience. Preferred candidates hold a bachelor's degree in nursing.
Additional Expectations:Uphold organizational policies, participate in protocol development, and utilize resources effectively. Performs other duties as assigned to support safe, effective patient care.
