Role Overview

The RN Nurse Manager leads and manages a designated ICU/CCU unit, fostering a culture of clinical excellence, safety, and staff retention. They oversee resource deployment, financial management, and quality outcomes, ensuring compliance with standards and promoting evidence-based practice. The manager builds strong relationships with staff, physicians, and departments to support patient-centered care and service excellence.

• Engage staff in decision-making and promote relationship-based care.
• Serve as chief retention and safety officer, managing human and material resources.
• Analyze financial and operational data to improve performance.
• Foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and build professional growth opportunities.
• Ensure staff competency, adherence to professional standards, and compliance.
• Promote evidence-based practice, safety, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Build trust and engagement within teams and with physicians.

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required;
  Master’s preferred.
• Licensure as a registered nurse.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare financing, safety standards, and quality metrics.
• Ability to implement change management and utilize data for decision‑making.
