Requirements:

• Current RN license
• Knowledge of and adherence to the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act
• Understanding of the Scope of Practice and Code of Ethics Standards by the American Nurses Association

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized, high-quality patient care.
• Uphold the voice of the patient and ensure safety in care delivery.
• Adhere to organizational policies and procedures while supporting service excellence goals.
• Engage in evidence-based practice and research to enhance care protocols.
• Participate in a shared governance model to improve patient care quality.
