• Conducts comprehensive assessments, develops individualized care plans, and implements patient-centered care that respects cultural diversity. Partners with patients and families, ensures effective communication, and promotes service excellence. Coordinates care delivery, documents accurately, and participates in performance improvement initiatives. Supports professional development by mentoring colleagues and maintaining competency. Advocates for evidence-based practice, contributes to research activities, and helps develop protocols to improve outcomes.
  
  Ensures resource efficiency and adheres to regulatory standards.

• Requires an associate’s degree in nursing, RN license (single-state or multi-state compact), and Basic Life Support certification. Less than one year of clinical experience preferred. Demonstrates critical thinking, collaboration, and commitment to quality care. Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic healthcare environment.
