Role
RN Clinical Nurse in the Medical Dialysis Unit, responsible for delivering high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team.
ResponsibilitiesPerform nursing assessments, develop individualized care plans, and evaluate outcomes using evidence-based practices. Foster relationship-based care tailored to patient demographics and cultural diversity. Collaborate effectively with team members through documentation, communication, and participation in performance improvement activities. Support professional development by mentoring and maintaining competency standards. Promote evidence-based practice, research, and adherence to organizational policies and safety standards. Plan proactively for patient care across the continuum and contribute to protocol development to optimize outcomes.
Qualificationsand Skills
Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred), valid RN license (single/state or multi-state compact), and Basic Life Support certification. Less than one year of clinical experience required; direct patient care experience preferred. Demonstrates critical thinking, teamwork, cultural competence, and commitment to safety and quality care.
