• Provide direct, RN-level care to adult patients in the Tele Neuro unit, with focus on neurovascular telemetry monitoring
• Perform accurate neurological assessments and ongoing patient observation; respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor for adverse effects, and ensure safe delivery of therapies
• Maintain telemetry monitoring, interpret data as part of the interdisciplinary care team, and report findings to physicians
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members to coordinate care plans and discharge planning
• Document all aspects of patient care, ensure compliance with nursing standards and patient safety policies

• Active Registered Nurse license in Georgia
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (RN)
• Experience in acute care, telemetry, or neurovascular units preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a fast-paced neurovascular telemetry environment
• Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical documentation skills
