• Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
• Deliver relationship-based, culturally sensitive, and individualized care.
• Collaborate effectively with team members through documentation, communication, and shared governance activities.
• Support professional development by mentoring colleagues and maintaining competency.
• Promote evidence-based practice, participate in research, and contribute to performance improvement initiatives.
• Develop protocols, optimize resource utilization, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Associates or Diploma in Nursing;
  Bachelor's preferred.
• Current RN licensure (single or multi-state compact) and required certifications including BLS, PALS, TNCC, and ACLS.
• Minimum of 5 years RN experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in technology and clinical documentation.
