- Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Deliver relationship-based, culturally sensitive, and individualized care.
- Collaborate effectively with team members through documentation, communication, and shared governance activities.
- Support professional development by mentoring colleagues and maintaining competency.
- Promote evidence-based practice, participate in research, and contribute to performance improvement initiatives.
- Develop protocols, optimize resource utilization, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Associates or Diploma in Nursing;
Bachelor's preferred. - Current RN licensure (single or multi-state compact) and required certifications including BLS, PALS, TNCC, and ACLS.
- Minimum of 5 years RN experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in technology and clinical documentation.
