Registered Nurse; RN; Circulating

We are seeking an Experienced Operating Room Nurse to join our team, providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered perioperative care.

As a key member of an interdisciplinary team, you will perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices. You will partner with patients and families through effective communication, ensuring individualized care that respects cultural diversity.

Core responsibilities include coordinating care, documenting accurately, supporting performance improvement, and promoting evidence-based practice. You will serve as a preceptor or mentor to foster a skilled workforce and participate in protocol development to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications include a minimum of 5 years' direct patient care experience, an active RN license (single or multi-state), and BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. You should demonstrate strong teamwork, critical thinking, and adherence to professional and regulatory standards.
