Registered Nurse; RN Med​/Surg Acute Care​/Post Surgical​/Burn​/Bariatric Unit

Role Overview: The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary care team, providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care aligned with evidence-based standards, organizational policies, and the Nurse Practice Act. They collaborate with patients and families to develop individualized care plans, ensuring cultural competence and effective communication.

• Key Responsibilities: Perform the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation); deliver relationship-based care; coordinate interdisciplinary communication; support performance improvement initiatives; serve as a preceptor or mentor; promote evidence-based practice and research; and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience; current RN license (single state or multi-state compact); BLS certification; associate or bachelor's degree in nursing (bachelor's preferred); strong clinical, critical thinking, interpersonal, and time management skills; proficiency in technology and documentation; ability to respond effectively in fast-paced environments.
