Registered Nurse; RN Acute Care – Surgical​/Orthopedics​/Trauma

The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary care team, providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care in a clinical setting. They ensure individualized care using evidence-based practices, effective communication, and cultural sensitivity.

• Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—focusing on patient outcomes.
• Partner with patients and families through bedside reports, education, and goal-focused care planning.
• Coordinate safe and effective care delivery, documentation, and interdisciplinary communication.
• Support performance improvement initiatives, research, and evidence-based practice to enhance patient outcomes.
• Mentor and serve as a preceptor to promote professional development and workforce sustainability.
• Participate in protocol development and resource management to optimize care and minimize readmissions.
• Adhere to organizational policies, legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards, including safety goals.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Nursing degree (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification.
• At least 2 years of direct patient care experience.
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in clinical technology, critical thinking, and time management.
• Ability to respond effectively in fast-paced environments and emergencies.

Excellent communication in English, basic computer skills, and commitment to professional growth.
