Quality Assurance Improvement
WHAT YOU WILL DO- Review and analyze warranty, IQS, and other customer feedback to determine priorities for improvement.
- Update customer feedback database with improvement activities and status.
- Communicate with cross-functional departments to ensure understanding of customer issues & improvements.
- Visit suppliers and/or dealers, when required, to investigate and determine countermeasure effectiveness.
- Coordinate and conduct internal campaign for quality flow-outs to customers and issue report.
- Investigate and inform responsible departments of external quality concerns. Work with departments to identify root cause, implement containment and develop countermeasures in a timely manner.
- Check the field’s TSB and create its own TSB once the field campaign is determined.
- Issue reports and presentations regularly to inform customers on progress and results.
- Support and coordinate plant-wide and department-wide quality planning, conferences, and events for external customers.
- Administer, coordinate, and comply with all Business Management System (BMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Safety Management System (SMS) requirements.
- Meet all other requirements as assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLERequired:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance within the automotive industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of automotive industry quality standards and regulations.
- Proficient in MS office and other relevant software.
- Domestic / International travel may be required.
Preferred:
- 1 – 5 years job related experience preferred

Language Proficiency: Strong command of the English language (written and spoken) is essential for safety, communication, documentation, and collaboration across the organization.
Physical Demands
While in Office:
This position is primarily sedentary and requires working at a desk and computer for extended periods. Responsibilities may include:
- Occasional lifting of office supplies (up to 15 pounds)
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and handling documents
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk within the office environment as needed
When in Production Area (if applicable):
- Standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended durations
- Repeated lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of materials and products (up to 25–30 pounds)
- Manual dexterity for handling power tools, machinery, or production equipment
- Working in environments that may be noisy, hot, or require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Ability to climb ladders or stairs and operate equipment safely and effectively
- Capability to learn and work on multiple production processes, as required
- Adequate visual and auditory abilities to identify safety hazards and communicate clearly
- Consistent and punctual attendance
- Ability to collaborate and perform effectively in a team-oriented environment
