In the Heart of Macon – Food & Beverage Attendant At Hotel Forty Five, located in the vibrant downtown of Macon, the Food & Beverage Attendant contributes to exceptional guest experiences across all dining outlets by providing warm, attentive service from the moment guests arrive until they depart.
The role focuses on supporting daily food and beverage operations, maintaining high standards of service and product quality, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and well cared for. This position plays an essential part in creating a seamless, enjoyable atmosphere while upholding the venue’s commitment to consistency and guest satisfaction.
What you have:
Education & Experience:
* High School diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
* Prior experience in hospitality or serving roles is advantageous, with a minimum of one year in positions such as Server Assistant, Backwater, or Food Runner.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* Proficient in using technology, such as tablets, for service-related tasks.
What you’ll do**:

* Efficient and courteous service to guests, following service standards.
