Lead customer service and store-team through the P's of retail (People, Product, Price, Purchasing, Position, Presentation, Promotion, Pro Services);
Engage customers and ensure quality service from store associates;
Strategically merchandise and follow company guidelines for merchandising and presentation;
Maintain store presentation standards and safety/lost-prevention protocols;
Assist Chief Executive Merchant in delivering excellent customer service and a friendly environment;
Schedule coverage during peak periods and supervise/train associates;
Communicate pricing/inventory issues to senior team and analyze business reports (P&L, CPR, BAT, STPOA, STPRC);
Utilize POS systems to manage inventory, cycle counts, and shipping/receiving;
Interface with corporate headquarters and ensure brand/operating standards are met
