CVS Health -  - Responsibilities:
Lead store staff in the absence of management and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.;
Supervise the store crew by assigning, directing, and following up on activities; effectively communicate with management and crews.;
Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.;
Maintain customer and patient confidentiality and ensure a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.;
Execute merchandise displays, stock shelves, and manage weekly promotional, seasonal merchandise and inventory; reset departments following planograms.
