Engage with pet parents and their pets throughout the store and at the sales register;
Greet customers, answer questions, and promote merchandise, services, and live pets;
Prepare online orders for in-store pickup and ensure a smooth pickup experience;
Maintain store cleanliness and pet safety standards, including care for store-owned pets as directed;
Support weekly price changes and monthly promotional pricing; assist with stocking and merchandising as needed
